Ambition Consulting’s coaching engagements are designed for a business owner or individual to achieve a goal tailored specifically for them to realize growth in either the business or individual sales successes.

Different programs are available to design a coaching engagement to meet a specific client’s needs and goals in mind. Coaching can be as often as weekly and as seldom as quarterly. Our most popular program is our Business Focus Coaching Program. The BFC engagement spreads 15 coaching sessions across 12 months including a full day at our client’s location to see firsthand their operation. The sessions begin every two weeks and eventually become every six weeks. In a BFC engagement, each session focuses upon a specific area of the business: sales (4 sessions), marketing (3 sessions), finance (2 sessions), operations (3 sessions), two open sessions available to hone in on a topic or add another topic, and one all day site visit for the purpose of meeting staff, observing the day to day operation, and experiencing the office itself. Business Focus Coaching (BFC) is $11,999 plus travel expenses.
Twelve month coaching program including 15 coaching sessions as follows:
- Initial coaching call (2 weeks after introduction call) week 2
- Coaching call (2 weeks after initial call) week 4
- Coaching Visit (2 weeks after 2nd call) week 6
- Coaching call (2 weeks after visit) week 8
- Coaching call (2 weeks after last call) week 10
- Coaching call (2 weeks after last call) week 12
- Coaching call (2 weeks after last call) week 14
- Coaching call (4 weeks after last call) week 18
- Coaching call (4 weeks after last call) week 22
- Coaching call (4 weeks after last call) week 26
- Coaching call (4 weeks after last call) week 30
- Coaching call (4 weeks after last call) week 34
- Coaching call (6 weeks after last call) week 40
- Coaching call (6 weeks after last call) week 46
- Final Coaching call (8 weeks after last call) week 52
